Here is how the same works:
They quote you a great price.
You order a sample and everything goes smoothly.
Then you place your full order. They will never ship the items.
Look on alibaba and find a gold supplier that has been around for a few years.

They don’t send at all? Is there anything that can be done?
They might ship a sample.
Bottom line, they are out to take your money. They are in China and you have zero recourse.
I dealt with this company for work. We paid for and received samples of USB sticks. I thought they were reputable after receiving the correct samples so trusted them to purchase 4 x laptops. I received 6 x FAKE Beats by Dr Dre headphones. They kept promising to send me the goods or refund my money but then stopped corresponding and ignored all further emails. DO NOT TRUST THEM – they will lead you on, take your money then ignore your emails.
