Hello, I will like to know if you still have the room available for rent and the details below… 1)the neighborhood of the apartment/house, 2)the room size, 3)parking space, 4)inter-sections,shopping malls, etc. 5)monthly rent fees 6)other related costs like utilities cost and deposit upon moving in 7) Available date I am searching for a place to stay for my programme in States.I just read your advert you posted on site that you have the room Or Apartment and check to know may be the place still available for me to move in.Cos i really love the profile of the room/Apartment for rent and the other utilities.I will like to know much about the room and i would really want you to secure the room before my arrival,more so to know if it would be possible for me to pay for the room before my arrival,i will like to know the total amount of the room in month fee’s with the others utilities included.Kindly get back to me with all this information because am seriously in need of a place to rent.
